Refund Policy

  1. About us

    1. This refund policy applies to the services ("Services") provided through the web application at app.bill.co.za (the "Platform"), as more fully described at https://bill.co.za/, which are made available to you by ASDF Consulting Proprietary Limited (herein "ASDF"), a private company duly incorporated in terms of the laws of the Republic of South Africa with registration number 2023/566704/07 and with the following further details:

  2. About this refund policy

    1. The purpose of this policy ("Refund Policy") is to set out when refunds apply and how to request one.

    2. This Refund Policy must be read together with our Terms of Service. Unless otherwise defined in this Refund Policy, capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service.

    3. We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by publishing a revised version on https://bill.co.za/refund-policy, which shall take effect on the date of publication. Please be sure to keep yourself up to date with our latest Refund Policy.

    4. Should you have any questions about this Refund Policy or a specific refund request, you are welcome to contact us at support@bill.co.za (the "Support Mailbox"). We aim to respond within 2 business days.

  3. How to cancel

    1. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription tab on your Account page on the Platform, or by emailing our Support Mailbox. When you cancel, your access to the Services continues until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. No refund is payable for the remainder of the billing period after cancellation, unless you are eligible for a refund under clause 4 below.

  4. One-month money-back guarantee

    1. If you cancel your subscription within one calendar month of your first payment date, you may request a full refund of all amounts paid.

    2. To request a refund, email our Support Mailbox before the one-month period expires, let us know why the Services were not right for you, and provide your bank account details for payment. Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Refunds are processed within 10 business days by electronic funds transfer.

    3. This guarantee applies once per User Account, to a first subscription only. User Accounts that have previously received a refund under this clause are not eligible again.

  5. After the one-month period

    1. After one calendar month from your first payment date, the money-back guarantee in clause 4 no longer applies. No refunds will be issued after this period, save for any refund required by applicable law.

  6. Credit notes

    1. Where a refund is approved under this Refund Policy, we will issue a credit note within 5 business days of confirming the refund. The credit note will reference the original invoice.

  7. Contact
